and this really matters in the grand scheme of things…at least they have enough heart to fight for their country unlike some of the supposed “real men” who are afraid to leave home because they are cowards

I can only infer that this comic refers to the dreadful and shameful antics of “pastor” Fred Phelps from Topeka, KS. Since I grew up in Lawrence, I’ve seen his people at work before, and their “work” is nothing short of disgraceful blasphemy.

The only thing I can say about Fred Phelps is that I find comfort in the fact that he will one day stand before a just God and get what he deserves. Then again, so will I… maybe I would do better to pray for the poor fool.

I don’t care, and neither should you.
