Luis, I actaully have that one posted at my cubicle, courtesy of despair.com. It actually says, "If you find yourself struggling with loneliness, you're not alone. And yet you are alone. So very alone."

I also have at my cubicle my absolute favorite demotivational poster, also from despair.com. The heading is MISTAKES, and the photo show a ship sinking. The slogan reads, "It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others."
