Do you know how to enable the star rating (AJAX) tool for MediaWiki (1.8.2)? I mean having this star rating as a wiki extension?

I am looking for this since a long time. There is leerwiki.nl which is giving a solution but it generates blank page for MediaWiki 1.8.2.
