			<description>&lt;p&gt;Nasturtium generally take a long time to germinate.  I have seen recommendations to soak the seed over night in water.  I have read that some people soak them in tea&amp;#8211; the tannin in tea is supposed to help.  I have also read that nicking the seed  with a knife helps.  I am sure they will pop up.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
