This is the second thing to occur back home that makes me feel totally helpless to my friends since I&amp;#8217;m so far away.  Erin, if you&amp;#8217;re reading this I just want to say that I have a good idea what you&amp;#8217;re going through right now.  It was almost 11 years ago when I suddenly lost my father, but it feels like it was yesterday.  I take comfort in knowing that Dennis is in a better place and that his memory will live in us forever, but it&amp;#8217;s still hard.  Yeah, Sara, it really does put things into perspective.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
