			<description>&lt;p&gt;I really like 1 and 3, I am still up in the air about 2.  Clean elections would be awesome.  I like certain aspects of #2, like having the popular vote win, but I would rather see the constitution changed, if you can even change that part of it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For some odd reason (and not b/c of 200) I feel that somewhere the states should have some say in the federal government.  I think there does need to be some sort of a check on the federal power by the states.  That is why I have the quasi-sentimental wish that we would go back to having the states choose the senators.  But I am getting sidetracked.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;IRV gets in the way of partisan politics, meaning that it is quite unlikely to get passed anytime soon.  The GOP and the Dems like the fact that there are no viable 3rd party candidates.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would be shocked if the clean elections got passed.  Corporations have too much of a stronghold on the political machine right now.  &lt;/p&gt;
